It is new, and as we are still moving and settling into our home, I haven™€™t used it much. The oven worked well for reheating pizza. Controls are straightforward. Boiling water seemed to take a long time but perhaps I needed to use the largest burner. It appears the burners can be turned very low to prevent scorching delicate foods. Overall I am pleased with this middle of the road cooktop, it™€™s not induction which is out of my budget for now but it™€™s perfectly adequate.

I can't say enough about the customer service experienced with received with Frigidaire! After having what we thought was a disaster, Mary M put my mind at ease with helping me through the process of getting our new stove. We had an older model Frigidaire stove from 2002 that started to wear down and knew it was time for a replacement (Yes it lasted over 20 years old and it was still working!) We were down to 2 burners working and the handle started to come off, so we finally decided it was time for a new one. At first, we looked at all sorts of brands and ordered an LG to match our dishwasher (Not sure why because I hate our dishwasher! but figured we wanted them all to match) Lowes was having a Labor Day Sale so we went with the best Deal. After delivery, we quickly realized that it wasn't going to fit! So, the next thing was to call Frigidaire to see if we could get the same stove we had before. Mary M. advised me that they no longer make the stove we had or that size. She spent a good amount of time with me, measuring and going over specs of each stove. Even invited me to the family store to look around for some special discounts! We decided on the best option, even though that meant we had to still cut our countertops for it. Soon after we ordered that one, we were notified it was no longer in stock! I was beginning to lose all hope, but Mary M. called me right away and assured me we would find the right one! She even threw in a sliding rack I was eyeballing to make up for the difference in cost! We got our new stove and its beautiful- even got a convection baking option and made my first brownies with it! I never knew my oven cook so good! Due to the high-quality service we received we will not ever switch to another brand! #FrigidaireCustomersForLife!

Good Range, Installation Difficulties

The range is working well so far after about a month owning. Heats up quickly both on range and stovetop. Looks great. The back of the range sticks out about 1/2 - 1 inch, however, so was difficult to get it to sit all the way against the wall - is about 1/2 inch out. Installing the no-tip bracket would have made it about 1 1/2" out from the wall so had to leave that off.

Hard to Install, Works Great

Oven and stovetop works great. Heats up quickly. Hard to install however. The back sticks out a little bit so that it sticks out about 1/2 inch from the wall. It was not possible to have the no tip brace installed- it was sticking out 1 1/2 inches then.

I have never before been a fan of glass/ceramic top stoves because I found the temperature impossible to regulate. Not with this stove, the gauges are so sensitive I have no trouble at all getting and maintaining the temperature I want. I love it.
