Compared to the previous microwave ( Gallery), this unit is notably lesser quality. It is also very noisy. Disappointed in overall quality even though comparison of the two is not equal.

This is my 3rd time doing a review on my microwave that frigidaire refused to fix under warranty. They keep kicking it out. All i wil say now is dont buy it! Junk! And customer service is a joke

This is a basic model of fridgidaire microwave that was easy to install and works as expected. There aren't any fancy functions but it reliably does the job of heating up food and the installation took less than 45 minutes from start to finish.

The microwave works fine except it sounds like there's a short as it makes a crackly noise when you hit the buttons. And the fan sounds like it's about to die if you turn it above low.

Very basic model but that is just fine on this. We did not select but our builder did -- fair enough. That said, there is no additional bells and whistles, it is a solid performer we do not have any complain about -- just keep on going. Maintenance is easy and interior is bright enough to see what is going on during cooking. Knock on wood for the longevity.

No issues with it so far. I just have to learn how to cook some things a little differently as it has different programed buttons than my last one. I really like the black stainless look and frididaire black stainless is comparable to LG stainless, in case you have to mix and match like we did. I like that we don't have to put the date in this one whenever the power goes out and setting the clock is easier too. I also like the melt/soften feature.

contractor replaced micro after it blew. New replacement is SAD. Sounds Cheep, when opening door, clinking sound, tinny,{ plastic cheep}. inside & plate is smaller, even though it says 1.8cu . My Old one, installed 2013, was stainless trim,. firm feel & sound closing door. GREAT while it lasted. Wish I had it back. !!! Sorry NOT A FAN..

This microwave heats up leftovers better and faster than any microwave I™™ve had in the past. I like the bright LED lights (inside the microwave and the overhead oven light). I also really appreciate the varying sounds levels for the timer. Really nice feature. I™™d buy this one again and highly recommend it to future buyers.
