The unit works great, I'm very happy with it. But I did call customer service because I couldn't get the fan to stay on after the A/C reached the desired temp. I was following the instructions on page 14 of the user's manual under the heading Cool Feature. But the manual didn't tell me I had to take it out of Eco mode (default mode) to keep the fan running at all times. I suggest you add a note to this section whenever you update the user's manual. Other than that I think this A/C unit works great and I'm very satisfied, absolutlely love it!!

I have purchased a brand new AC and I handled it nicely, having it installed by a professional. 2 weeks later the red light went on, I called, I had all the instructions to reset, but it didn't work. I have bought an extended warranty and called to have someone look at it but promised to get a replacement. Now I am dealing with the customer service who first wanted me to submit the photo of my purchase and the AC and serial numbers. After I did that no one replied so I called back. This time they sent me 2 different links that don't work, to submit the claim. So I had several endless calls, during my busy day and nothing got resolved. I was told if link doesn't work, there's no other way. So I seriously feel scammed and would never purchase from your company again.

This air conditioner unit is extremely quiet. I was impressed with the amount of power it has for so little noise. This unit will save me energy and therefore save me money while at the same time I will feel better for my health with my home being cooler on really hot days.

I™™ve been using the Frigidaire FHTC103WB2 for about a month now, and I™™m honestly very happy with it. I installed it in my bedroom (around 400 sq ft), and it cools the space quickly™"even on hot, humid days. Once the room hits the set temperature, it stays consistent without constantly turning on and off.What I really appreciate is how quiet it is compared to my older unit. I™™m a light sleeper, and this doesn™™t disturb me at night, especially in sleep mode. The remote control is simple to use, and the timer and energy saver settings actually help keep my electric bill in check.A couple of things to keep in mind™"it does require a 230V outlet, which I already had, but that could be a deal-breaker for some. Also, it doesn™™t have Wi-Fi or smart features, but honestly, I don™™t miss them. I just wanted something that works™"and this does.Overall, I™™d recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, efficient through-the-wall AC. I'd like to start off by saying this unit is awesome I have it in my living room which is a pretty decent size room and it keeps it cool and other areas of my house. It is a great unit also not to loud and it was easy to install. Shipping was fast. I love the Easy-to-Clean washable dust filter and the air ionizer this unit has .? I highly recommend this air conditioning unit to anyone in the Market for one it's great.

I got this new air conditioner since the house I moved into had an old model that must be at least 20 years old. I was hesitant when trying to switch out the two since they were both heavy and I did not want it top drop out of my third floor living room. Luckily I had help from two others to help me lift my new air conditioner up many flights of stairs. I was pleasantly surprised that there was not much set up to be done and it was pretty much plug and go. I did not have to set up the window frame since the old one was big enough to fit in the new a/c. This new a/c cools up the room so fast and also does not make much noise, sometimes I don't even remember that it is on. Another positive is the remote it comes with so I can change the temperature when I am across the room on the couch. I think this is a huge upgrade and I am really happy with it so far.

This AC unit replaced a broken unit in my not-so-well-insulated shed, and I must say it was a nice upgrade. First, it worked; unlike my old unit, which was great. The remote is nice, and I like that it shows the temperature. It™™s a nice convenience adjusting the temperature from across the shed rather than consistently walking over to the unit and having to change it. I would say the installation was straightforward, even for a not super handy guy like me, though it probably helped that I was replacing one that was already installed, though the new unit did vary in size, and some adjustments had to be made to make it work in my space. It cools my shed adequately and maintains a consistent temperature. I would say this is generally a nice unit and find no reason not to recommend it to anyone who is considering it.

This Frigidaire10,000 BTU In Wall Room Air Conditioner has been such a good upgrade for our space. It cools our room (about 400 sq ft) quickly and evenly (in a matter of 20 to 25 minutes tops) which has been a lifesaver on these warmer days here in Chicago. I was honestly surprised by how quiet it runs™"it™™s not disruptive at all, even when it™™s working hard.The remote is a small but super helpful touch with easy to use and see buttons. I love being able to adjust the temperature or mode without getting up. Installation was pretty straightforward if you already have a wall sleeve in place. It took about an hour to install.Overall, it™™s efficient, easy to use, and blends in well with the room without being bulky or loud. Definitely happy with it so far! With that being said I definitely recommend this brand and unit with confidence!

This through the wall air conditioner lives up to its claims of cooling power. I live in Arizona where we have already had above 110-degree days this summer and the air conditioner is able to cool my large family room. It took a bit of learning and trial and error to install the unit, entirely due to my lack of home improvement knowledge. Once we had the hole cut in the wall and the box placed, the actual installation of the unit was a breeze. It looks unassuming in the wall and does not stand out the way a window unit did. I love that I have full access to my window now and the morning light can again light the room. The unit is placed higher than window ones and helps to better distribute the cool air around the room. It is relatively quiet and blows strong. I look forward to next year when I don't have to put the window unit in. I am more than happy with the outcome of installing and using this unit and I would definitely recommend this air conditioner to family and friends!

I got this to replace a wall AC unit that was very loud. This one is a. It quieter but definitely more efficient than my last one. It gets the room cold very fast. I wish it was a bit quieter but that seems the way wall ACs are.

This 10,000 BTU through the wall room AC was a lifesaver for the peak of FL summer!! My second story home just can't keep up with the AC and this through the wall unit is just what I need to cool the second story. It's been reliable, quiet, and keeps the room as cool as needed!! The remote and digital display is a super user-friendly interface and so convenient. The sleep mode and programmable 24-hour on/off timer are perfect for setting it and forgetting it!! This Frigidaire 10K btu is what I needed to beat this summer heat and make my house nice and cool. Setting up this A/C was a breeze, pun intended, and using it is also very easy with the touch controls on it. It's also not very loud on the lowest setting which is great for when I dont want to get bothered when I'm watching TV. I like that I can use the Frigidaire app to control the A/C without having to get up off the couch or when I am out shopping and I want to come home to a cold living room on a hot day. I also am happy that I can wash the filter whenever it gets dirty and have the air in the room get filtered. This A/C will keep me cool for many summers.

As someone who has needed a good through the wall air conditioner this is a huge help! Cools the house very quickly and is pretty quiet as well. The unique outlet and AC is really the huge draw as there A little harder to find around here. Overall the quality is very good and fit right into the old spot. The multi fan speed setting is also a plus since you don't always need that max air. As far as the dust filter goes the convenience of it and simple removal makes it a great addition to the A.C. Th e remote control may be the most underrated part of the whole thing as I can be in my living room and not need to get up. I also have to address the sleep feature which is one of those things you don't realize you need until you have it. I said it before I'll say it again I can't be happier with my Frigidaire Through The Wall A.C!!
