I hadn™™t purchased a new AC in 12 years (my other one was FANtastic ;)) so I didn™™t know what to expect when I installed this one. It™™s great! Works well and has so many COOL (sorry, can™™t help myself) features like connecting to my iPhone and Google Assistant. As someone who neurotically forgets whether or not I turned my AC off, it™™s great to be able to control it on-the-go.

I had another Frigidaire a/c to cool my upstairs reading room and it lasted 15 years, in Florida, no less. Now I have another Frigidaire that heats and cools and the workmen who installed it into the wall found it to be the exact dimensions as my old one. Works great!

This air conditioner (FHWW084TE1) is a little powerhouse! We've had the hottest summer that I can remember. The only negative part (thus no 5 stars) is that it is a bit noisy. I'm comparing this to my old 15 yr Whirlpool that bit the dust. Quality, nowadays, is not like it once was. My iPhone is not new enough to take advantage of the Wi-Fi, but that would never be a deal breaker. Lastly, I purchased this from my local appliance dealer who just happened to have one of these available. A shout out to Richard Appliance in Salisbury, MA!

It blows really cold, however this is my second fridgaire ac, and my first one is a lot quieter than this one and this was rated very similar to that one. Outside of that, it™™s great! Features are really good, and the app is very intuitive.

Great window AC and a great price got it just in time for the heatwave this summer after our central air conditioner quit working we use three window units now we had two old ones but we needed a new one decided to go to PC Richards and sons and got a great deal Thanks for keeping us cool and the Wi-Fi works great I turn it on from work when I get home my room is nice and cool

I had to replace an old AC unit between heat waves and found a great deal.It works quite well keeping things cool but is a little noisier than I would like, but so was the old unit. Keeps the house cool and uses less electricity too.

The quality of this AC ended up being surprisingly great! We had an old frigidaire that was a 6000 BTU that was barely cooling so we decided to go with the 8k BTU due to our room size and so far, it™™s been great! Looking forward to seeing how well it will be be performing for years to come!

This unit run great so far(3 wks) not loud, i keep it in ECONO mode most of time. I got this for the bedroom and made for a room about 75 squares bigger, but the ones ive gotten that are 250sq don't cool the room on extremely hot days. This is perfect, doesn't have to run hard. Tried all the various modes of operation, the ECO works efficiently enough. Runs smooth and quiet, great buy, would highly recommend it.

I ordered this item over a month ago and never received it. I have contact customer support multiple times to request a refund. When I first contacted, they said they could not refund me and would "look into it" to see where my order was. When I contacted a second time, they told me they would refund the order. This was 2 weeks ago, I have not received a refund or a confirmation that a refund is even coming. I am having to dispute through my credit card company to actually get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE WHEN YOU DONT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.I ended up purchasing a Midea U window unit which works really well, FWIW.

cools dpwn room very quickly, however I cannot get the red dust filter light to go off. I have cleaned the filter, and reinserted correctly, turned off and pulled the plug on unit and the light still remains on.

Generally pleased. Unit cools pretty well. Still a little loud, but then it is right next to the bed, so there's that. I like the display and that it shows the actual target temperature, not just a twist knob. Also like that it shuts off when it hits the target rather than just idling.
