Installation was simple although I would recommend a 2 person crew to lift and 1 inside to help. It kicked right on and quickly cooled the space. The noise level was tolerable on high and really nice on low. The remote is clearly marked. I have not had a chance to connect to wifi or use the app.

I love my new AC from Frigidaire. I was having a hard time finding a new one. I previously had purchases from a different company that was 12000 btu and was nowhere as cold as this one is. I love the app feature. Being able to turn it on and off from anywhere is very convenient.

It was very easy to install and has an iPhone app that lets you control settings. When I set the controls to Temp: 71, Fan : Medium and Settings:Cool mode, it comes on at the designated time, however, for some reason, fan speed suddenly went to high speed, waking us up in the middle of the night. When we set the fan speed to low, it works fine.

For the past 30 years, we've purchased 7 window air units for our two bedrooms, and this is by far the BEST one!!! Aside from it cooling down our 10 x 15 room quicker than any we've had in the past, the PureAir Allergen filter, Wifi, Eco Cool, and dimming light features will be the reason we purchase another one for our second bedroom. The only negative I could pinpoint is that it's louder than most, but we don't mind as we no longer need to use our virtual fan for background noise while sleeping...it's perfect for us! Please never discontinue this unit - you've got a customer for life!!!

This thing seriously blows any other brand out the water, I use a 10000 to cool my whole kitchen and living room and this one I can't even put it on high 60 or it's legit freezing, even on the hottest days low 64 makes it freezing and not to mention its so quiet , hoping it lasts more than a year like my 2 previous GE brands didn't I also purchased a 5 year warranty

Though this air conditioner can be a little noisy depending on fan speed level, I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Its cooling capacity exceeded my expectations. My living room is rather large, and opens into my kitchen. It cools both rooms well. In fact, sometimes I have to raise the temp or lower fan speed because it is too cool.

Great air-conditioner. Model FHWW104TE1. Our bedroom air-condition conditioner was getting old and not keeping up anymore so we needed a replacement to fair these insanely hot summers. I bought another one earlier in the year that is a smaller unit and it works amazing too. The dry feature is so useful on a rainy day.

Great little AC. Bought two to keep humidity down in a large space. Only issue one has is compressor not coming on until temp is 3-5 degrees above set target temp; warranty service provider had no solution other than set it 3-5 degrees lower than wanted
