very disappointed

After receiving my ice maker kit I was confused at a part that was not in the instruction manual for installation and the scoop for the ice was not in the box. After calling customer service I was told that this other part is the ice scoop. Now I'm no genius but this won't work as a scoop. When I initially ordered the part with the rep, I was never told that the parts as described had been changed and I would not be receiving the scoop in the picture shown on the listing for this item. So now they tell me if I want to return this item I have to pay return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Not happy with how they do business. I just bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Already regretting choosing this brand.
