Replacement filters

Lousy customer servi 3/13/2023

It is impossible to speak to customer service! I ordered replacement filters on line. They sent me a plastic door shelve, for a completly different model! Not the filters. Today, I have been on hold for 20 minutes and have 45 minutes to go. I can't understand how a major company can be so enept?

Filters do not match my fridge type

I ordered this bundle but the water stopped coming out of my water dispenser when I replaced it with the filter from this care bundle. The air filter is too big for my fridge but the care bundle is for the PureSource Ultra II fridge and that's exactly what I have!

Can't delete subscription!

We have subscribed to the filters for 3 years, we are selling our home now and need to cancel the subscription. They have made it impossible to do so on our account.
