Professional tools for professional oven

Great accessories for the pizza oven--makes me feel like a professional now! I have never had a rocker cutter before and I really like how it works - I also use it for cutting other things in the kitchen like blocks of cookie dough. The dough cutter also is multi-use if you are a bread baker. A great value for the pizza baker.

This pizza accessory kit is made to be used with the Frigidaire pizza oven and every part of it feels like it belongs in a professional kitchen. I used all three tools in the kit and they all performed exactly as they should, with the pizza cutter rocker standing out far above the others.The dough cutter is a great help during what I consider the trickiest part of making pizza, which is handling the dough itself. It cuts cleanly without any sticking or tearing and makes it easy to portion the dough as precisely as I want. It takes a task that can sometimes feel fussy and makes it simple.The pizza stone cleaning brush works exactly the way it should. Baked-on residue is just part of using a stone, and this brush removes it easily while being gentle enough not to damage the surface. It does the job without any effort on my part.My favorite piece in the kit is definitely the pizza cutter rocker. It feels just like the tool you see in real pizza shops and it is genuinely fun to use. It is very comfortable to hold and extremely sharp, which lets it slice smoothly through the crust and toppings in one motion. I recommend cleaning it right after use so cheese does not harden on it, and I also recommend being careful with the edge because of how sharp it is. It comes with a protective cover for storage and it fits easily in my kitchen drawer.All three tools feel comfortable in the hand, especially the rocker, and everything is made from high-quality materials that feel built to last. In a world where everything is getting more and more expensive, this feels like a good value for money. The pizza cutter alone makes this set amazing and now making pizza is a breeze.
