A defective filter in the package

I bought this back in April 2021. I was able to replace the old filter with the new one as soon as I received the package and it worked for 6 months. But now I need to replace again the filter with and unfortunately, I found a defective filter. It doesn't fit well and the water keeps on spilling inside the fridge. So I replace it with the 3rd filter and it worked easily without any problem. I need to request a replacement.

I used the website search feature for my fridge part number. There were two only two results (single and 3-pack). I purchased a 3-pack but when it arrives it is the wrong filter to put in my fridge so I can™™t even use.

I like the filters but not sure I™™ll order it again given my experience. I ordered three filters and one arrived damaged. Plus it™™s impossible to call customer support to request a replacement since the wait times are over 25 mins. All-in-all it maden for a frustrating experience and not sure I™™ll order it again.

I bought the 3-pack of replacement filters and am so happy with them! The water flow is not restricted, as is common in other filters. Super simple and fast to install, and after just a few flushes my water tastes great!

Best filters ever! Spend the $$$, buy the brand water filters..NEVER.BUY.GENERIC..makes the water and ice taste bad. Frigidaire brand is the only way to go!

Have used these filters for a long time and have never been disappointed in performance or life of product. I usually buy 3 at a time, and the last time 1 filter tab was broken, and unusable. Called about a replacement, and despite outside window of guarantee, they sent a new one, too. Very happy with the product & support.

I bought these about a month ago, put one in and after letting it run for the 3 minutes as recommended, it still showed visible particles. I ran it several more times thinking maybe it just took a little longer. And by several more times, I mean the full 3 minutes several more times. I thought I got a defective one, fine, it happens. Only for the second one to have the same issues. I paid way too much money for something this defective and if I could give negative stars I would.

order 3 water filter and all three arrived damaged upon opening, all 3 had the right nozel broken but the left one is fine may have suggest item is already damage while in warehouse. I've been calling for 2 days and no one can help. When I call the first day the customer care on the phone just keeps transferring my calls to another agent for like 4 times and seems like no one knows what they're doing. So I called again today and spoke with this gentleman who sounded like he knows what he is doing after placing me on hold for 10 minutes everytime I asked a question and finally told me that he would send me a email with the return shipping label so I can send it back but his computer is "lagging" at the moment and would give me a call back as soon as it's working again and here we are 8 hours later no call or email recieved. Absolutely horrific experi
