We just finished our basement and I wanted a separate unit to keep downstairs that would mop and vacuum roughly 1200 square feet of vinyl flooring. My husband didn't want me using heat on the floors and surprisingly there are not many combo units that don't use steam on the market. Enter Electrolux! Initially the unit was easy to assemble and didn't take long to charge. There were many attachments I was pleasantly surprised with, though I didn't originally think I needed so many options, now I feel like I have a complete system for this entire area of my house and will not need to carry anything up and down the stairs which is a huge bonus. My biggest concern is the weight, when assembling I felt like it was pretty heavy and was going to be hard to maneuver however once in mop/vacuum mode it was so smooth and propelled strongly on it's own, I really needed minimal effort. When used as a handheld vacuum with the attachmentsweight was definitely a setback but not to the point it would deter me to use it that way, luckily most handheld jobs are quick! The weight helped to not knock into my baseboards and scuff them up which happens too often with my other vacuums and mop systems that are lighter. I have not had a wet mess yet to test it's effectiveness there but rather use it for everyday crumbs and dirt build up anytime after we host downstairs. The 1st time I used it the battery ran really quick and I needed to charge it before I could run the self cleaning program. The 2nd time it was just under 60% after I cleaned my entire lower level. Using the high power mode definitely ate up more battery and the level of messes I was cleaning up didn't really need stronger power than the automatic mode.As much as self-cleaning sounds nice and hands off I find that there's still a level of human effort needed in the process to maintain these devices! I still had to empty the dust and dirty water bins, rinse out the dirty water bin and then let those dry out before reassembling everything. I found the tray of the charging stand holds dried debris even after the self cleaning program runs and there's no easy way to detach just the tray from the whole stand to rinse it off so I ended up having to use a wet paper towel to clean that myself. Each time I ran this cycle I found that I had to add extra water and solution in the clean water compartment in order for it to fully run the self-cleaning cycle so now I just do that right after I'm done vacuuming/mopping so I can start the cycle and walk away. The first few times I'd walk away after initiating self cleaning mode and expect it to be completed when I came back a few hours later but it was blinking that the water was low so the cycle stalled. I usually wait to walk away until it gets to the drying cycle because that is hands off and lasts a few hours.I feel like the unit did it's job, left no visible dirt/debris behind and didn't leave the floors too wet that there was a concern for slipping as I was cleaning like some mops do. I'm looking forward to getting into a better rhythm with the self-cleaning process. This has quickly become a regular chore that feels efficient and not like a hassle, I enjoy using it and it has checked all our boxes!

New favorite vacuum

Of all the vacuums I have owned, this one is by far the best. My kitchen and living room are hardwood floors and I admit mopping has always taken a back burner on the chores list. But the wet function of this vac makes it incredibly easy and you can really see the results. For the actually vacuum side of this, we have a very hairy dog and it cleans our carpet probably the best it has ever been since we moved in. It is lightweight, easy to use, holds a charge well, and the stand makes it easy to store.

Solid Wet/Dry Vac

Great wet/dry vac. Easy to assemble and use. It is compact and the stand with accessories are neatly arranged for out-of-the-way storage. One issue I have with it is that as a dry vacuum, it doesn™€™t stand up on its own. If I need to move furniture out of the way, I have to lay the vacuum down on the floor or try to prop it up against something. The wet vac and a standard vacuum stand on their own. I also don™€™t like how the instructions are presented. I like words with details on what to do. The pictures only instructions were a little confusing.

As a person who has spent the past two decades mopping with old school buckets, tired reusable microfiber pads, or antiquated swiffers, this product is truly game changing for hard surfaces. It is easy to assemble, change between the dry and wet accessories, and learn the couple controls/display features. The machine is so powerful that the floor dries within seconds, avoiding any immediate foot marks. I love the self cleaning mode, to ensure quick cleanup and future setup.I have an Electrolux dry vacuum already, and the only difference between that and the 2 in 1 Complete Home is that the battery lasts significantly longer. As a result, there are never any worries of needing to recharge in the middle of a cleaning session. It can be used on hard surfaces, carpet, and upholsteries. Overall, this one machine can really do it all!

Amazing 2-in-1 wet and dry vacuum! Setup was very simple and I love that is has a charging stand to keep everything in one place and super organized. The bristle nozzle moves around very smoothly and the wet and dry hard floor nozzle works great on my hardwood floors. The ™€œ2-in-1™€ couldn™€™t be truer ™€“ I love that everything I need is all together in one. The ™€œauto™€ setting on the vacuum is also great and makes the process so easy.

Versatile and Powerful!

I love this wet & dry vacuum for it's versatility. It is great for my wood and tile floors; I can vacuum and wash without having to pull out the mop. I also like the attachment for rugs because it allows me to vacuum my entire house, both hard and soft surfaces with the same vacuum. I put it on "auto" setting and it figures out the best suction for each surface. I also like that it turns into a hand held vacuum and works great for picking up pet hair on chairs! It really does it all and has a great charging station that has places for all the attachments. The only drawback was the instruction manual was all in pictures and a little hard to follow. Now that I've figured out how to use it I LOVE it! Versatile and powerful!!

I wanted to love this vacuum, but just couldn't how heavy it is. I have hard time picking it up from the charging station. It works great but just way too heavy. Not as noisy as my LG and Dyson. I would only recommend it to someone who is not 5' 3" 115 Lbs. petite female.
