Please call our disability services phone line at 503-538-3613 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

No-Show/Cancellation Policy

While we understand that sometimes life happens and sometimes appointments need rescheduled, we kindly ask that you do your best to communicate with us in a timely manner so we can do our help others in need of repair work. To ensure efficient service for everyone, please be aware of our fees.

Cancellation Guidelines: For cancellations, kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations outside this timeframe may incur a $25.00 fee.

No-Show Fee: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time and haven't made special arrangements, a no-show fee of $25.00 will be applied. This fee will double to $50 the following time it happens, if it happens a third time we will charge an additional $100 no-show fee and we will no longer be able to provide service for you.

Customer Responsibility: To facilitate in-home services, an individual aged 18 or older must be present throughout the service period. Failure to have an adult present may lead to service denial and a $25.00 cancellation fee.

We are only offering installations for appliances sold by Krohns.

Appliance Recycling

Why spend money at the dump, when you can recycle your appliance for FREE at Krohn's?

Goodwill or Waste Management Recycle Center accepts those!

Appliances can be dropped off at your convenience at our back entrance off at 418 Hulet Lane.

PLEASE CALL prior to bringing in appliances to ensure we have space!

We have a designated parking spot for appliances against the building.

This is a free service that we offer, please be respectful of the other tenants

who we share the parking lot with, and follow our rules below:


We are able to get parts for most major brands, & we keep a small selection of common parts on our shelves.

What we don't have, we can order from our supplier, as long as it's not a special order, and have it here within 1-2 business days.

Please come prepared with your model number on your appliance when you call or come in needing a part, so that we can ensure you are getting the correct part for your specific appliance.
